Do I need a credit card to start free trial ?You do not require a credit card to start the 14 day free trial. You can sign up with a valid email or your Gmail/GSuite Account.

What does the free trial include ?The free trial includes all the features offered by SENTIO VR: - 360 Panorama upload & editor - Share virtual tours using links - Sketchup to VR Plugin - Revit to VR Plugin - and more. During the free trial, you can create a single project and test all the functionalities. If you plan to test with multiple files, you can delete the content & upload again or purchase a subscription plan to upload unlimited content.

Are there any limits on projects or uploads in paid plans ?You can choose between different plans based on your needs after your free trial. All plans (Standard & Plus ) have unlimited model & panorama uploads. Also, there is no limit on the number of projects you can create once you upgrade.

Can I cancel my account anytime ?Yes, you can choose between monthly & annual subscriptions. If you do not wish to continue using the platform, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account across all plans.

Do you offer educational discounts ?Yes, we offer discounts for educational institutions. We recommend getting in touch with us directly in order to understand your exact requirements & propose the best possible discount for your organization.

Can I try the software free ?Yes, you can sign up for a free trial of 14 days. A credit card is not required for free trial.

How does the trial period work ?Click on Sign up and create a free account. You will get access to the Basic Plan which will allow you to test all the features. During the trial, you can suscribe to the monthly account by entering your billing information depending on your requirements.

What are the payment options available ?We offer monthly billing which can be paid for by credit card via our online platform. All processed payments will receive an email invoice to the registered accounts email address. To inquire about wire transfer options, please send us a message and we will get back to you at the earliest possible.
